These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of One URI (the "Service") at 1uri.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms. One account is intended for one person or organization; do not share credentials.

One URI lets you shorten URLs, build link-in-bio pages and digital business cards, generate QR codes, and view click analytics. We offer a free plan and paid Pro and Business plans with additional features and higher limits. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You agree not to use the Service to create, host, or distribute links or content that:

• are unlawful, fraudulent, phishing, malware, or otherwise malicious;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• contain spam, deceptive redirects, or attempts to evade detection;
• harass, threaten, or harm others, or contain content harmful to minors.

We automatically scan destination URLs and may flag, disable, or remove links, and suspend or ban accounts, that violate these Terms — with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the links, pages, and content you create. You grant One URI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and route that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you publish and the destinations you link to.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and, unless cancelled, renew automatically for the same period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with prior notice for future billing cycles. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

The One URI name, logo, and the Service's design and software are owned by One URI and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.

The Service routes to destinations and integrates with third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service you link to or reach through the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to One URI. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One URI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
